Questions
- When do I pay?
- When an event goes over 30 guests and you choose to send it anyway. You add the people first, see the price, and pay once for that event. If you stay under 30, you are never asked.
- What counts as a guest?
- One person on the list, whatever way the invite reaches them. A household counts once — Sam & Lee on one invite is one guest, even when both of them come. People you remove before sending don't count.
- Do you have refunds?
- Yes. If an event is cancelled, or something on our side stopped the invites from going out, write to help@simpleinvite.app and we refund that event. We read every message; there is no form to fill in.
- I host every week. Is there something for me?
- Not yet. Per-event pricing is wrong for a club that meets monthly, and we would rather price that properly than bolt a subscription onto this page. Tell us what you run at help@simpleinvite.app and we will work it out before we price it.
- What happens above 150 guests?
- Write to us first. We can raise the cap for a specific event, but we want to know what you're hosting before a thousand invites leave our system.
